What is RentHuddle?

How can I compare rental listings with housemates?
Create a RentHuddle Sheet, share it with your housemates using Google’s sharing controls, then compare rent, bedrooms, bathrooms, size and type. Use the status, rating and notes columns to record the group’s decisions.
Can I save Rightmove properties to Google Sheets?
Yes. On a supported Rightmove property page, open RentHuddle, choose Capture Property, review the details and save them to your selected RentHuddle Sheet.
Can I save Zillow rentals to a spreadsheet?
Yes. RentHuddle supports Zillow home detail pages and saves the details you approve to a structured Google Sheet.
Does RentHuddle support Zoopla?
Yes. It supports Zoopla sale, rental and new-home detail pages.
When does RentHuddle read a property page?
The extension checks whether the current page is supported and reads its property details when you choose Capture Property. It does not run a developer-operated crawler.
Where is my property data stored?
The property data you approve is stored in the Google Sheet you select. A reference to that Sheet and your consent choice are stored locally in Chrome.
Can RentHuddle access all of my Google Drive files?
No. RentHuddle requests Google’s narrower drive.file permission. It is designed for Sheets the extension creates or that you explicitly select for use with RentHuddle, rather than unrestricted access to every Drive file.
Does RentHuddle have a backend?
No. RentHuddle has no developer-operated backend. Approved property data is sent directly from the extension to the Google Sheets API; Google processes it under the terms for your account.
Is RentHuddle free?
Yes. The current Chrome extension is free to install and use.
Which browsers and property sites are supported?
RentHuddle supports Google Chrome. Its current site integrations cover Rightmove property pages, Zoopla sale, rental and new-home detail pages, and Zillow home detail pages.
